Do Metoprolol Tartrate, Lisinopril And Paxil Cause Severe Fatigue?

I was prescribed this med and it made me feel tired all the time and I was moving around like an elderly person and felt sick a lot. I stopped taking because I told my Dr that my regular Med was doing the job but my BP would be elevated each time I dad to drive 2 hr s thru traffic to make my appointment. I have been sickly every since I first was prescribed the Med s and I no longer take it but i m still sickly and weak. I m wondering if the Med s that I took is making me feel this way ? metoprolol tartrate 50 mg , 1/2 tab per day. I take one hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg a day, 1/2 tab a day 40 mg Lisinopril and one 30 mg Paxil HCL per day also. 3 weeks ago a growth of some type came out of me in a bowel movement that appeared to have grown inside me filled with dark blood as if it had been attached inside of me and was cut from inside by surgery and it was too large for me to have passed it with no pain, just lots of blood when I wiped myself. I am getting prepped to go in for a colostomy because I have not had a one for nearly 10 yr s.
