Do Omeprazole, Mucosta And Amoxicillin Cause Body Weakness And Drowsiness?

My mother has been discharged home With the following meds : Omeprazole , MUCOSTA, iselpin and amoxicillin My question is -- after taking all these meds, as per her description there is body weakness and it seems always asleep , is this normal as side effects from the medications she has taken? Thank you

It seems your mother has a gastric mucosa problem, probably a peptic ulcer, so doctor has prescribed you such drugs:

That cure is very effective to treat peptic ulcers and gastric damages.
But yes the most common side effects, the most belong to amoxicillin, are weakness and drowsiness.

Always take amoxicillin 1 hour after the meals and with plenty of water so the side effects will be reduced. If the situation is not improved for a long time consult the doctor who has prescribed the cure to adjust the dose and if it is necessary change the therapy.
