Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Please don't get scared by
progyluton, it is just
hormone replacement therapy for the treatment of
estrogen deficiency due to ovarium failure in women and control of irregular menstrual cycles. Like as other tablets progyluton can make your bile sticky, that's why you should have some soup, drink plenty of water, don't eat too many sweets. It can have effect on glucose tolerance. Don't mix it with antibiotics because estradiol will decrease and you will not receive effect. When we drink estrogens our mood will change, it is a usual change which happens in women. Also due to their cycle: depression, anxiety, decreased/increased libido, sometimes
palpitation occurs. In rare case, progyluton can give vomiting,
abdominal pain, nausea, bloating, migraine, headache, dizziness, and changes in weight (increased or decreased).
Take care!
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
