Do Simvastatin, Meloxicam And Tramadol Cause Headaches And Muscle Pain?

I started taking simvastatin 10 days ago and am having ongoing headaches, skin rash and serious itching along with increased urination and some muscle pain. I also take meloxicam, tramadol (one each per day) and Effexor. This is the second cholesterol medicine I have tried with the same reaction. Is this a drug interaction or an allergic reaction to the cholesterol medicine?

donot take any medication without any medical advise and proper investigation. by knowing the name of medicine it is not possible to diagnose the condition since they are requered for different problem.
