The patient is assessed to Hypothyroid, Hyperthyroid, Euthyroid only by the levels of T3 T4 in blood and not related to food taken.. TSH is Used an Guide line for the treatment thats all, main is T3 T4, Normal range of t4 is 0.8 to 2 ng / dl... you need to do hormonal assay to find out whether suffering from cortisol level...
