Do Vyvanse And Effexor Cause Abdominal And Back Pain?

I am on vyvanse 50mg and effexor xr .75mg and was taking clazapam at .05mg. I had for the past two weeks dull pain in bladder and occasionally backache which turned too everyday pain and now sweats. I went to doctor today who ordered x ray which reiveled no kidney stones. I go in for CT this Saturday. Could any of the medications cause blood in urine , pain in back and stomach? I need to know which one to stop if its causing this.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Vyvanse or Effexor both can give abdomen pain, but not back pain usually. The blood in urine is secondary to lack of water intake with drug consumption, possibly developing secondary urinary infection. Should immediately consult your doctor's office.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
