Do Abdominal Bloating, Vaginal Spotting And Nausea Indicate Pregnancy?
I recently had unprotected sex. Had a little bleeding (spotting) and some cramping about a week later. At first thought it was my period but it wasn t like it. I ve been very bloated, and nauseated it s been about three weeks. Smells bother me. Is it possible I could be pregnant?
If this episodes repeat I will suggest you to undergo few minimum investigations i.e. scan pelvis (to see if there is any problem with uterus or ovaries), haemoglobin (to rule out anaemia).
Generally treatment is recommended after investigation and I use combined OC pills for my patients with similar episodes.
For bloating you can take antacids with anti-emetics (Tab.pan-D) for a symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist or if the episodes recur subsequently, you are advised to seek medical attention.
Consult your gynaecologist for further evaluation.

Do Abdominal Bloating, Vaginal Spotting And Nausea Indicate Pregnancy?
Hi, Welcome to health care magic, Abdominal bloating or spotting with nausea are not the signs of pregnancy but it must be tested with urine pregnancy home kit. But the home must be done after the 15 days of having unprotected sex otherwise it might not come positive. It could be a post menstrual spotting which seems to be DUB i.e DYSFUNCTIONAL UTERINE BLEEDING which occurs due to hormonal imbalance.
