Then feb 3rd my bf came in me I took plan b a hour later I was suppose to have my period feb 10th I started feb 11th . It was heavy first two days and the third day was super light and usually it last more then three to four days . I m on a new pack now and I have 11 birth control pills left before I m done with this pack . I notice I gain back the 5 pounds . And my face is breaking out could this just be a side effect from the plan b ?
Let me tell you that you have gained weight due to the birth control pill that you have been taking. Even acne is associated with the birth control pill.
You should avoid oily and spicy food and drink plenty of water. Regular exercise will also help. I would also like to add that taking 4-5 small meals a day will also help manage your weight.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
