Do Bladder Spasms Cause Backache And Constipation?

I have no trouble going during the day. It is mainly at night. I feel full abd tght and then I get ard feeling, I go to the bathroom and it s hard t to go. I was recently dilated . I feel like I am having contractions. Also my back hurts really bad.
Is ths bladder spasms?

Hi,

Bladder spasm does not cause constipation and back pain.
You can take drugs like Baclofen for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist you can consult a urologist and get evaluated.
