General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You seem to have effects of vigorously sex after a long gap. Take rest, have hot, cold washes, keep genitals clean, and take pain pills over the counter like Ibuprofen drug twice a day after food.

If no relief in 3 to 4 days/if symptoms exaggerate/if there is vaginal discharge or fever, consult a gynecologist earliest for specific treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale
