Do Breathlessness And Blockage In Heart Require Medical Attention?

Since January 2016 I have been hospitalized twice with sob & chest pain. Stress test showed mild mitral regurgitation, tricuspid valve miles regurgitation. Mild aortic stenosis, cat scan chest said significant CAD & heart cath said not enough blockage for stent. Negative for embolus & pulmonary PFT okay. Pulmonary said maybe asthma was on inhalers two weeks no difference in breathing. Cardiologist put on isorbide & took 2 doses so far but still short of breath. Do you have any ideas. Everyone is giving up. I don t see anything tricks ring because it s constant. Doesn t bother me a night. I also have essential hypertension control with atenolol & hctz. I need help!!! Been active & was healthy heating

Hi
I had gone through the question and understand your concern.

In my opinion , your breathlessness is heart related as it wasn't improved by inhalers.
Also you have mitral and tricuspid regurgitation.

When you lie down or sleep , you do not get breathless because at that time heart is at rest (that confirms it cardiac cause)

Hence, i would advice you to consult a cardiologist for the same.

Hope this information helps.
Wish you good health.
