Do Cramps, Hunger And Fatigue Indicate Pregnancy?

I am 26years old and have battled ovarian cysts since i was thirteen. I most recently have been having problems. I just had my menstrual cycle start on March 24, 2010 and ended up in the ER on April 8, 2010, and was diagnosed with a cyst rupture and the ER doctor said I may be ovulating. Now that has all cleared up and I just started a cramping feeling, hungry a lot and extremely/tired moody. Could i be pregnant? Or is my body getting ready for my regular menstrual cycle to begin and possibly another cyst? I am due for my monthly cycle on April 22-24th. I am married and sexually active.
