hi sir my question is. my blood group is A positive but my wife is A negative. after every delevery u use a spesific injustion also but after normal delivery my daugher die after three days and next two sons after nine and six months. plz sir help me regarding it becz my now pregnat.

Different blood groups, like your blood group is A Positive and your wife's blood group is A negative, can affect the development of fetus and its survival. This is called 'Rh incompatibility'. The disease ranges from mild to severe, and typically occurs in some second or subsequent pregnancies of Rh negative women where the fetus's father is Rh positive, leading to a Rh positive pregnancy. Rh disease is generally preventable by treating the mother during pregnancy or soon after delivery with an intramuscular injection of anti-RhD immunoglobulin [Rho(D) immune globulin].
