Do Dizziness, Vomiting And Lower Back Pain Suggest Kidney Infection?
I have been tired lately. Today I am dizzy, no fever. Vomiting, lower back pain, stomach ache. Very thirsty. No appetite. Lower abdomain pain. Throwing up three times today and now diahrea. Do I have the flu? Or a kidney infection. Also lower back pain in the kidney area on the left side.

Do Dizziness, Vomiting And Lower Back Pain Suggest Kidney Infection?
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic Vomiting, diarrhea , and abdominal pain can be related to infection of the gastrointestinal tract. This can be due to viral or bacterial infection. Dizziness and fatigue occurs because of fluid and electrolyte loss. The fluids and electrolytes need to be replaced. This can be achieved by oral rehydration fluids or sport drinks such as gatorade. You should avoid solid food till the symptoms have subsided for at least a few hours then restart with dry bland foods. Probiotics may also helps I hope this helps
