Hi,

Alcohol can worsen gastro-intestinal bleeding as it irritates the lining of the gastro-intestinal tract. It also impairs liver function which is necessary for the proper blood coagulation. Vitamin deficiencies can also contribute to this. In my opinion, you should not neglect this and see a doctor.

Best wishes.
