Do Enlarged Lymph Nodes, Breast Mass And Cysts In Breasts Suggest Cancer?

I recently had a mammogram and ultrasound which revealed two enlarged lymph and nodes a breast mass in my left breast and cysts in both breasts. I am scheduled for a biopsy. Other than the enlarged lymph node, the only other symptoms I ve had are burning in the breast, fatigue and pain in my back and legs. I was previously told that the fatigue and pain was due to fibromyalgia. No other blood work was done at that time. In your opinion, is there another possible diagnosis other than breast cancer? Thank you
