I currently have familiar tremors and have had for some time I m 63 years old my endocrinologist recommended a beta blocker which essentially got rid of my tremors but after 30 days put me into a full out panic and anxiety mode which got out of hand very quickly my GP put me on Paxel which made things worse I quit taking both Paxel and the beta blocker and I m feeling much better I still have a tremors and now I found out that I have sleep apnea which I should be seeing a specialist soon is there a connection between sleep apnea and essential tremors
