Do Fatigue, Firmness In Abdomen And Nausea Indicate Pregnancy?

I have had several symptoms that mimic pregnancy, but I have had some bleeding for the last two weeks and had had a tubal ligation. Is it possible that I am pregnant? Prior to the two weeks of light to moderate bleeding, I didn t have a period for 6 months. My symptoms are: extreme fatigue, full / firm stomach to abdomen (I am very overweight, almost 300lbs and this area is usually pretty soft), back/neck pain, brittle hair, nauseous, hungry all the time, depressed and anxious. Thank you.

Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
Pregnancy after a tubal ligation is the least probable cause of your symptoms. Also, with amenorrhea for 6 months, you should have started feeling fetal movements even if not test was done to confirm pregnancy. Many medical conditions can make you feel that way. Some of them include: Hormonal imbalances, uterine/ovarian/pelvic/abdominal masses.I will suggest you get an abdomino-pelvic ultrasound to investigate for organic problems that could give you this presentation. You will need to see a Gynecologist for evaluation.
Hope my answer will help you.
Best regards
