Hello sir/madam my wife periods cycle is 28 and her last periods start 27nov and the end 1december i continue intercourse till 11 december today morning some pain in my wife stomch and back she is fleeling tired and lazy feel wometing. What it can say she is pregnent or not when i can pregnancy test done

I really appreciate your concern, if it is the pregnancy to be confirmed accurately then it is better to get done the ultrasonography test because it is the only accurate test can be done in early phase of pregnancy and it can not give false results like happens in home base pregnancy tests hope this is information helps.
