Do Fever And Vomiting In Children Need Medical Attention?

My 3 year old boy Adon had a fever a few days ago did get better there was no respitory or ear infection he got better Yesterday in the pm he had a fever of 102.1 than he trew up really big 3x times & about 4x times just some fluid the next day in the am I thought the fever broke a liitle later it was 104.0 he has had fluids & children Acetamininophen 160 ml per 5ml and he is also eating crackers right now should I take him to a doctor
