Do Fever, Cough, Diarrhea And Weakness Need Medical Attention?

I have had a fever, Fabry s pain crises, coughing, wheezing, queasiness, diarrhea and extreme weakness for 5 days. My fever is finally starting to go down (from a high of 102.6 to 100.5). Is there any point in seeing a doctor, or should I just let it run its course.
