Do Headaches And Itching While On Hydralazine Go Away With Time?

Hi I ve been on Hydralazine 55mg for over 2 months now and have had a headache since starting I have a lot of itching and if I look up especiall when outside I feel like I am going to pass out. My dr says I will eventually get used to it. What do you think. I m also on 3 other bp meds
