Do Headaches, Missed Period And Frequent Urination Indicate Pregnancy?

I feel very run down and have been having really bad lower back pain. My stomach looks bloated and I ve missed my period for two weeks now. Plus I have been getting headaches in the evening and frequent urination lately. I was wondering if those were pregnancy symptoms but I haven t really experienced the breast tenderness or nausea that is usually associated. Suggestions please?

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Missed periods can be due to conception and thus pregnancy. Lower back ache and bloating are not characteristic of pregnancy. Pregnancy can be confirmed or ruled out 10-14 days after conception.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
