Do Headaches, sore Facial Muscle And Vertigo Indicate Mini Strokes?

Iam almost 67 yearsm white female. I have been having headaches for a few months at night. Lately I have had a sore facial muscle on my right side of face. I am a breast cancer survivor of 4 1/2 years so I experience a lot of side effects from chemo still in my system. I have high blood pressure and am on Losartan Potassium 50 mg. for that. The last few days I am experiencing vertigo at night and during the day. My blood sugar took a nose dive and I have been working to stabilize that, but it suddenly accurred to me that I may have been having mini strokes and did not realize it. What do you think?
