Do Horseback Rides Cause Hymen Breakage?
Hi I have a couple of questions, could I break my hymeb by horseback riding? I do it once a week. I started in about 4-5 grade did it for about a year or two then stopped . I recently started riding again it s been almost a month since I started again.

Athletics and horse riding can cause hymen breakage. You can go for a per vaginal examination to check whether the hymen is intact or not. Consult a gynecologist and he will direct you accordingly.
