Hi,

Taking hormonal medicines etc are not recommended to take for a longer time as they have side effects and may cause hormonal imbalances. I suggest you should opt for life style modification. Consult a good clinical dietitian and nutritionist for a better diet plan.

A good dietitian will advise you certain food good for you and let you know which one has to be avoided, will prescribe specific nutrients also to take care of all of your problems.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
