Hello,

Coccyx injury may cause back pain, which increases on sitting. After surgery that pain would go. However, foot and heel pain are not related to coccyx bone injury.

You require further investigations such as nerve conduction studies and serum uric acid to determine the root cause of your problem.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
