Do In Need To Take Any Treatment If TMT Result Is Moderate Effort Tolerance?

TMT says moderate effort tolerance,no significant ST changes at peak of test, Test is negative for exercise induced reversible ischemia. I am 42 years old and walks regularly for 30 minutes. Cholestrol, BP, Sugar are normal. I have not consulted any doctor on the results. Any need for taking doctors advice.

Hi,
thanks for asking.

Looking at the exercise results, it is my opinion that no further tests are necessary. You can get a TMT done every year and note for changes. If any further tests can be done.
Based one your present results of TMT, and every other results being normal, you can carry on with your usual tasks and manage everything with a good diet and moderate exercise.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
