General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Loos of weight and skin itching are commonly related to an uncontrolled diabetes.
So, I suggest to maintain under control the glycemic level.
Meanwhile,I suggest using antihistamines such as Cetirizine to relieve the itching.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
