Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Do you actually have bleeding with kidneystones to the point of having to wear a sanatairy napkin. I have had a complete hysterectomy and have been having this problem as well as a lot of side and back pain and pain when having to urinate. This is going on the fith day an I am very uncomfortable.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Kidney stones do not cause severe vaginal bleeding. Blood in urine can be noticed in the form of passing red or pink coloured urine while you have kidney stones. Other symptoms what you are experiencing is probably due to presence of kidney stones. Cause for severe bleeding from vagina needs to be looked into and treated accordingly. You need primarily a local and per speculum examination, followed by any other investigation, if needed. Kindly visit Gynecologist for proper evaluation and management. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
