Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Do Large Blood Clot, Brown Blood Spotting And Tender-to-touch Breasts Indicate Pregnancy?
I had a tubal ligation after my last c section 2 years ago. My periods have been regular since. I had an abnormal period in the beginning of may, lasting only a few days. I passed a large blood clot followed by spotting brown blood after. Since which I have had no period. My breasts are tender, I seem to always be tired, along with several other symptoms of pregnancy. I took a home pregnancy test and the results were negative. Even with a negative result, is it still possible I could be pregnant?
With the symptoms you described and a negative pregnancy test, it is not possible to have a pregnancy. There is nothing to worry regarding pregnancy. Get your liver and thyroid function tests done as sometimes liver and thyroid diseases can cause tiredness.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Loveleen Sharma, General & Family Physician
