Do Low Echoes And HCG Levels Mean Miscarriage?

I had a scan 3 weeks ago it said I was 5weeks 3 days I had another scan done on the 16th it says I m 6weeks 2 days first scan was just a sac. With my second scan there was a baby measuring 5mm they also said there was low echo s does this mean my pregnancy is going to fail I had bloods done on the 16th as well my hcg levels are at around 53,000 my last hcg was at 19,000

I understand your concern.
Low echo might not always signify that there could be miscarriage. However, beta hCG levels needs to increase as pregnancy progresses. Ideally, beta hCG levels doubles by 48 to 72 hours.
In your case, there is appearance of gestational sac and indication that there is fetal pole. By 8 to 10 weeks, beta hCG levels should have increased well along with appearance of cardiac activity seen by ultrasound scan.
In case this doesn't happen, the pregnancy is not viable and might result in miscarriage.
Kindly consult Gynecologist with the reports at the earliest for proper evaluation and management.
