Do Mild Fatty Liver, Left Renal Microlithiasis And Mild Pelviectasis Require Medical Attention?

Liver is unenlarged with mild fatty changes. No focal mass.Baliary ducts are not dilated.pancreas and spleen appears unremarkable. Urinary bladder is moderately distended and thin walls.no instraluminal echoes.no ascites seen.no definite mass acted. Impression: Mild fatty of the liver Left renal microlithiases and mild pelvectasia Unremarkable bile ducts,pancreas,gallbladder spleen,right kidney and prostate gland sonographically. Need help with my result of my ultrasound.thank you.

it suggest early changes in liver that is fatty liver...u need to decrease oil intake,alcohol not advisable..small stones in left kidney leading to dilation of pelvicalcygeal system..invrease intake of water in your diet
