General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As the intensity of pain is severe, there is definite underlying compression of the supplying nerves at the spinal cord level.

I would like to address in detail with the latest MRI report of the lower spine if available with you.

For a time being approach, assisted physiotherapy with prescription of medications such as tramadol hydrochloride and gabapentin would help great relief for radiculopathy pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
