Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You should go to the hospital for routine investigations which include the following:
1- Clinical assessment including vital signs such as blood pressure.
2- Complete blood count.
3- Blood sugar levels.
4- Kidney and liver function tests.
5- Other tests according to the findings.

Besides this, You need to provide your body with enough rest and sleep, drink enough amount of water every day, maintain a healthy diet and take over the counter analgesic when necessary.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Take care.
