Do Non-calcified Nodules In The Lungs Indicate Cancer?

hi! im 28 years old, non smoker. i had my x-ray last week and its turned out that i have NONcalcified 13mm nodules on my mid left and 12mm on my left apex lungs. is that mean i have cancer? or if its not a cancer, what kind of inflammatory disease i have? im so worried?

I really appreciate your concern, it is not the finding of malignant and no need to worry about this if you do not have any symptoms then no need to worry about this but such finding need to be correlated with the clinical symptoms for what it is being done hope this information helps.
