Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having coronary insufficiency giving rise this problem.
After having food and lifting weights might have caused this problem.
Go for EKG and other tests done for any cardiac ailment.
Take rest.
Ok and take care.

General & Family Physician Dr. Sandip Kabra's  Response
Hi, not every chest pain would be heart attack. It has peculiarities like severe chest pain, chest tightness, pain radiating to Left shoulder joint or left arm with sweating all over body, unable to breath for a while, restlessness with or without family cardiac history. In your case its defiantly not the heart attack but in every case of severe chest pain one should do ECG checked by cardiologist and if its okay then u are free.
