Do Painful And Distended Lower Abdominal Area Indicate Bladder Infection?

i woke up this morning with a distended and painful lower abdomen, I have had uti s and bladder infections in the past, the difference with this is, I dont have frequent urges to urinate or pain when urinating, but the pain seems to be moving to the back as well...could this still be a bladder infection?

Hi and welcome. Yes,it may still be urinary infection and you should do urine analysis and urinoculture but also some other issues may be considered such as ovarian cyst or urine retention. So in this direction you should go if uroinfection is ruled out.
wish you good health.Regards
