What Causes Bladder Infection?

I am experiencing the symptoms of bladder infection. Four weeks ago I came down with a viral infection - no fever, but had aching, coughing, fatigue. In the last week the bladder symptoms appeared. I suspect it is where the original viral infection went. I have a doctor s appointment Monday.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Infection of urinary tract is commonly associated with burning urination, increased frequency of urination etc.
In order to detect infection of the urinary tract, urine examination- both microscopy and microbiological examination is required.
Consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
