Do Rectal Bleeding And Blood In Urine Suggest Colon Cancer?

Hi - I have a friend who has been bleeding rectally and has blood in his urine and tonight he threw up blood. He has been tested for prostate cancer and all sexually transmitted diseases and all came back clear. What are the chances of it being something other than colon cancer?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is very early to think about the malignancy, such symptoms could be due to hemorrhoids, fissure, some anal lesion, and to rule out this the only option is clinical examination else this may not be cancer, his age is not mentioned here else something more specific could be thought, hope this information helps, take care.
