Do Reports Being Normal Guarentee Normal Delivery?

Hi..am Mrs yuan from kerala.. am fifth month pregnant scanned 10 days ago.BY lamp 21 w 2 d.by USG 19w 4d impression is *single intrauterine foetus on sholder presentation with normal cardiac activity, fetal movements and liquor with an EFW of 293 gm * placenta posterior lower. *no gross congenital anomalies in the visible fetal parts. my doubt is it is possible for a normal delivery.?pls give me few advice to possible normal delivery

I really appreciate your concern, to be very fact sonography mainly done for any major anomaly and it can not predict anything about the delivery but it is all depends how the mother react to labor and mentally prepare for this, there are certain condition for which surgery required but it is very rare one, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
