Do Sebaceous Cysts With Pus In The Scrotum Spread?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... hi, i m 21 yrs old.. having few sebaceous-cysts on my scrotum.. one got bursted before few months... will it spread... still it disperse the fluid substance.. please help me

Based On the facts, You mostly seem to suffer from-Chronic illtreated/illmanaged Sebaceous Cyst of the Scrotum which is draining pus.
Sebaceous Cyst by themselves don't spread,but could crop up if the hairfollicles are exposed to infection and get blocked forming Cyst.
Chronic Pus discharge would thus exposes you from the risk of your getting more Sebaceous Cysts or more Boils with abscesses like this in time to come.
Diabetes could increase the risks to such complaints and needs to be investigated and ruled out.
Other causes of such a complaint needs to be ruled out and treated if present accordingly from Second opinion from Surgeon .
