Hello sir .I am 28 year guy .I am still looking teen boy by face. I have all symptoms of puberty but I am not gaining body variation with age consecutively 8 years. And my weight is not increasing. My weight is 68.5. My height is 5.8 and penis size is also short is it delayed puberty problem?
