Do Small Testicular Size And Watery Semen Indicate Sterility?

My husband is 52 will be 53 this year and have never gotten a woman pregnant. i have one child, that s not his, and was hoping for another. I notice that he has very very small testicles and clear watery sperm so am worried he might not be able to get me pregnant. Are these sign suggest that he might be sterile?

Hello,

I can understand your concern. Only the size of testis and consistency of semen can't conclusively diagnose sterility. Seminal analysis takes into count multiple factors like sperm count, morphology, motility, liquidation time etc. You can try to conceive and see what happens. However if you both choose to get it clear that if his semen analysis is normal you can surely go ahead and get the test done.
