Do Sore Nipples, Delayed Periods And Lower Abdominal Pain Indicate Pregnancy?

Hello, last month I had a delayed period, meaning the first two days I bled brown and the next three days it was normal. This month it was due on the 15th, it s still a now show , my nipples were sore and I continue to have sort of a white discharge and lower mid abdominal pain, close to ovulation last and this month I had unprotected sex, what are the possibilities ?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The chances of pregnancy are good if unprotected sex took place around ovulation.
Absence of menstrual cycle is first symptom of pregnancy.
You can take up urine pregnancy test to confirm / rule out pregnancy.
The symptoms that you have mentioned- sore nipples and white discharge may be seen in pre-menstrual phase called pre-menstrual syndrome.
Similar symptoms may be experienced during implantation of fertilized ovum.
Thus, there is possibility of both: pre-menstrual syndrome and implantation.
Onset of mentruation rules out pregnancy.
A positive urine test will confirm pregnancy.
