Do Sore Throat, Cough And Body Aches Need Medical Attention?

My symptoms include sore throat, hacking cough (with some mucus), body aches, the chills, headache and profusely sweating during sleep. I had a sore throat a few weeks ago, but not with all the other symptoms. It s come back more intense. I seem to be getting better, but should I see a doctor to rule out bronchitis or pneumonia?
