Do Sore Throat, Red And White Spots Near The Wisdom Teeth, White Spots And Swelling In The Lymph Nodes And Fatigue Need Immediate Medical Attention?

I’ve had a sore throat for about a week and last night I noticed the gums on the top of my bottom wisdom teeth was irritated and an odd texture. I noticed today there is now a small white spot on one and little dark red spots on the side of mouth next to it. There are also white spots on my lymph nodes which are slightly swollen. That paired with being very tired recently I am concerned that it is something serious. I can’t go see a doctor until I am home from vacation so I would like to know what it might be and what I can do

Hello,

It could be a part of pharyngitis. As a first line management you can do warm saline gargles for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persists you can consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
