Do Spotting And Enlarged Nipples Indicate Pregnancy?
i think i might be pregnant. i am 16 and have been on depo for almost 2 years. i have had spotting for the first time since i got the depo shot and my mipples are larger then normal. i have been more tired the normal too. do you think i am pregnant?

Spotting is no way a symptom of pregnancy. In fact spotting during pregnancy is a bad sign, suggesting some risk to the growing baby. During progesterone treatment, sometimes, some bleeding may occur - break through bleeding. If it starts bothering too much, you may have to increase the dose of progesterone.
Increase in the size of nipples can be either by progesterone, due to handling or due to pregnancy. However, while on depot Provera, pregnancy is unlikely.
