Do Spotting, Tender Breasts And Cramps In Back Indicate Pregnancy?

I m Mollie I usually have really heavy periods but I had unprotected sex 2 times 3 and 4 days before my period when I got my period I only got it for 2 days kinda heavy then spotting with pinkish liquids coming out everytime I urinate, I also have been urinating every hour and been going to sleep 3 hours earlier, my boobs feel tender and I ve been turning down my most favorite foods a day or 2 after spotting I then was getting cramps and my lower back/pubic bone was cramping a bit, I m hoping you can help

Hi Mollie, according to your backstory your are less likely to be pregnant as you had sex in later end of the menstrual cycle. Even though I suggest you take a Strip pregnancy Test to be sure.
Also according to the symptoms you are suggesting, you may e having some infection in your Pelvic area. I suggest you to visit your Gynaecologist for through checkup, Blood tests and a Ultrasonogram if needed.
I also advise you to indulge in Safe sex practises and use condoms or Contraceptive Pills which are very easy to use. I hope I have answered your query. Feel free to contact for further questions.
