Do Stuffy Nose, Sneezing And Yellowish Cough Indicate Sinus Infection?

I have a stuffy nose, lots of drainage, and sneezing . Mostly clear but sometimes yellowish with a little red. No aches and pains and no coughing. I m coughing up very little but when i do it s yellowish in color. Is it a sinus infection or really bad allergies?

You didnot mention how many days you are suffering??
it can sinusitis, and mostly it has long history of sneezing, pain in sinus,headache.
But to confirm sinusitis need to do
xray of paranasal sinuses
otherwise its cold problem mostly for allergic, can be viral.
